Below you will find the details of payments for  Lyngby Trophy 2025.   
The team fee needs to be paid according to the registration.    
The participation fee and extra costs needs to be paid no later than March 1st.  

You will find the bank details in the confirmation of the tournament, sent by email. 

Team Fee    
The team fee is 2600 DKK per team.  

Participation fee HOTEL A:  2500 DKK/person
This package includes accommodation at our 3-4 Star Standard hotel.
The participant fee is 2500 DKK per participant.  
Following details are included in the participation fee:  
 - Three nights at hotel A.  
 - All meals, from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.  

Participation fee HOTEL B:  1875 DKK/person
This package includes accommodation at our budget 3 Star Standard hotel. The participant fee is 1875 DKK/person. 
Following details are included in the participation fee:  
 - Three nights at hotel B.   
 - All meals, from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.  

Participation fee HOSTEL: 1400 DKK/person
This package includes accommodation at our budget 3 Star Standard hotel. The participant fee is 1400 DKK/person. 
Following details are included in the participation fee:  
 - Three nights at hotel.  
 - All meals, from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.  

Participation fee FOOD PACKAGE:  230 DKK/person
Please notify the food package is only for local teams from Copengahen. The participant fee is 230 DKK  per participant.  
Following details are included in the participation fee:  
 - Lunch friday, saturday, sunday.   

Transfer for international teams:     
Transfer to and from hotel-pitches: 4000 DKK     
Transfer to and from airport: 5000 DKK 

Arrival day May 29th   , Departure back home June 1st afternoon
